Companion Care

Primarily emotional support and companionship for seniors who are generally healthy and who want to remain independent at home. However, it can also include a range of non-medical services that help make a senior's life more manageable.
 
Elder Law Attorney

Elder law is a specialized area of law that involves representing, counseling, and assisting seniors, and their families in connection with a variety of legal issues, from estate planning to long term care issues.
 
Financial Advising

A person or organization employed by an individual to manage assets or provide investment advice.
 
Fitness Facility

A fitness facility is a health, recreational and social facility geared towards exercise, sports and other physical activities. They typically accommodate many different types of exercise or sport facilities under one roof.
 
Home Health Care

Home health is care provided in the home, covering a wide range of health care services for an illness, injury, or condition.
 
Hospice Care

Independent Living communities are retirement/senior housing communities designed for independent seniors that desire the conveniences of community living.

Inpatient rehabilitation is a form of therapy where patients stay in the hospital or facility that is providing the therapy program.
 
Local Pharmacy

A store in your community where medicinal drugs are dispensed and sold.
 
Medical Equipment Provider

Business or establishment providing medical equipment and/or supplies.
 
Memory Care

Memory care is a distinct form of long-term skilled nursing that specifically caters to patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other types of memory problems.
 
Nursing Home

A residential facility providing personal and nursing care for those unable to manage the tasks of daily living.
 
Outpatient Rehabilitation

Outpatient rehabilitation is a form of therapy where patients travel to a clinic or hospital to attend sessions and then return home the same day.
 
Palliative Care

Palliative care is most often administered in an institution such as a hospital, extended care facility or nursing home. Specialized care designed to focus on comfort and quality of life, rather than cure.
 
Post-Acute Rehab Services

Post-acute rehabilitation services provide therapy for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or an accident, usually involving a combination of physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies to reach maximum recovery potential.
